These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including Website Design, Website Development, WordPress Setup, E-commerce Setup, and any related services mentioned on our Service Page (“Services”).
By hiring us, purchasing our services, or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The exact features, deliverables, and limitations of each service depend on the selected package and the signed project contract with the client.
4. Hosting & Domain Services
We do not own hosting or domain companies.
Packages may include hosting and domain services, but as a reseller or facilitator.
Hosting accounts and domains are purchased on behalf of the client from third-party providers.
Renewal and long-term responsibility fall under the client unless stated otherwise in the contract.
5. Use of Themes, Plugins & Tools
We primarily use free themes and plugins unless the contract specifies otherwise.
Premium themes/plugins are used only if mentioned in the project contract.
License ownership depends on the agreement in the contract.
6. Project Timeline
Delivery time varies according to the selected package.
Projects may be completed earlier or later depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.
Delivery time starts only after all required materials (content, photos, access, etc.) are provided by the client.
7. Deliverables
Upon completion of a project, clients receive:
A fully functional live website
Admin login credentials
Necessary documentation if included in the package
Clients must verify all content, design, functionality, responsiveness, and accuracy before project closure.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide all required content, materials, and information in a timely manner
Follow the instructions and guidelines mentioned in the project contract
Review and approve the final project before closure
Change all login credentials after project delivery for security
SMART IT will not be responsible for issues caused due to delayed content, incorrect information, or client-side negligence.
9. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the project contract.
Accepted payment methods include:
Payoneer and others depending on suitability and availability.Refunds are available only before work starts.
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
10. Project Cancellation Policy
10.1 Cancellation by SMART IT
We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client becomes unresponsive or violates the agreement. In such cases:
No refund will be provided
We may deliver partially completed work (if partially paid)
10.2 Cancellation by the Client
Clients cannot cancel a project once work has started.
We will deliver the portion of the project equivalent to the payment received.
11. Ownership Rights
Full ownership of the website is transferred to the client after full payment.
According to package and contract, we may include a “Developed by SMART IT” footer credit with a link.
By default, SMART IT retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
SMART IT is not responsible for:
Loss of data
Security breaches
Hosting downtime
SEO ranking drops
Third-party theme/plugin failure
Client misuse or unauthorized changes
Issues caused by hosting providers or domain registrars
If a site gets hacked after delivery, it is fully the client’s responsibility.
13. Support & Maintenance
Support, maintenance, and updates depend entirely on the selected package and contract.
Support does not include:
Major redesigns
Adding new pages
Marketing integrations
New functionalities
These require a new contract or additional fees.
14. Religious Compliance
SMART IT does not create, design, or add:
Haram content
Haram images
Haram text
Content against Islamic principles
Clients cannot force us to include such content.
If a client submits prohibited content, we reserve the right to decline or remove it.
15. Confidentiality
We do not store client login credentials permanently.
Clients must change all credentials after delivery.
We do not share client information with third parties except when required to provide services.
16. Third-Party Services
SMART IT may use third-party services (themes, plugins, hosting providers).
We are not liable for issues, failures, downtimes, or limitations caused by these providers.
17. Termination
We may terminate or refuse service if:
The client is abusive or unprofessional
The project violates ethical, Islamic, or legal guidelines
The client breaches the contract
Termination terms depend on the contract and the stage of project completion.
